SELF HARM RESOURCES
A site devoted to providing information and resources about self-harm.
*This site is not intended to provide medical, psychological or legal advice, but simply to provide links to resources for coping with self-harm issues.
If you are feeling suicidal or are in danger of hurting yourself, there are many hotlines available to you. Some hotlines specifically state they are for crisis situations (which includes self harm). But, if there isn't a crisis hotline in your region, you can also find support on a suicide hotline if you feel you are in danger. Don't hesitate to call.
TIP: putting a hotline number in your phone can be helpful, in case you ever need it.
1-800-DON’T-CUT is a USA crisis hotline.
